Tepezza (teprotumumab-trbw) is used for the treatment of thyroid eye disease. This disease causes inflammation that causes the muscles and tissue around your eyes to puff up. This often happens in patients who have too much thyroid hormone, or hyperthyroidism. Tepezza improves the protrusion of your eye, double vision, orbital pain, redness and swelling.

Ocrevus is used for treatment of Multiple Sclerosis; both relapsing forms of MS and primary progressive MS.

Tysabri is used to treat relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS) and active Crohn’s disease. It is designed to block movement of potentially damaging immune cells from the bloodstream, across the “blood-brain barrier” into the brain and spinal cord.

Vyepti is used for the preventive treatment of migraine in adults. It can be used to prevent both chronic and episodic migraines.

Gamunex is a type of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG).  IVIG is produced from human blood plasma, and is used for replacement therapy in immunodeficiency diseases and for immunomodulatory effects in autoimmune and inflammatory disorders. This treatment works by preventing the body from attacking itself and is used to decrease several types of inflammation in the body.

Solu medrol is a high dose of steroids that can be given for a variety of diseases. This medication is typically given to patients who need to “calm down” or lessen the symptoms that they are having. Patients are not on solu medrol as a long-term solution, and may come into the infusion center a few days in a row, or weekly for a short period of time.
